The 2026 Nate D Scholarship will be presented in special recognition of Ava Palmer, a graduating student who planned to continue her education in the mental health field. This year’s award will also honor Ava’s memory and her commitment to helping others. Ava also tragically lost her life to overdose in December 2025 before she could pursue her dreams. Ava’s spirit and aspirations will be reflected in the student selected this year.
